The international trade fair "Ideas - Inventions - New Products" iENA celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2023. Over the course of three days, 500 inventions from some 30 countries were presented in Nuremberg. For many inventors, the next steps in innovation development were taken at the fair. The most promising inventions were honored with the prestigious iENA medal.

On November 6-10, 2023, employees of the Centre of Geodesy and Geodynamics of the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography (IGiK) carried out precise measurements of the acceleration of gravity at geodynamic monitoring stations in Hołowno and Dziwie maintained by the Polish Geological Institute - National Research Institute (PGI-NRI).

We are pleased to announce that the winners of the competition for a research scholarship in the NCN OPUS21 project entitled: "Assessment of the impact of meteorological conditions on the health of forests and disturbances in forests on a regional and national scale based on for the integration of terrestrial data with data from Earth observation satellite systems"!

On November 9, 2023, the Ordering Party, the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography, opened offers in the procedure conducted under the name: Provision of protection services for persons and property for the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography at ul. Modzelewskiego 27 in Warsaw and at the Geodetic and Geophysical Observatory "Borowa Góra" in Jadwisin.
